Pricing

Please request a rate quote through our Contact Us page. With all of the different possible musical arrangements, we want to give you the most applicable information. We can give you a quote for quartet (two violins, viola, cello), trio (violin, viola, cello) duet (violin, cello) solo (violin or cello) based upon your venue location and length of time requested.

A few details about pricing:

• All contracts include phone or email consultation.  Face-to-face consultations are available. Arrangements for musical selections outside our complete repertoire can be composed or purchased for additional fees.
• An additional fee of .50 per mile (per musician, roundtrip) applies to locations that are more than 25 miles from downtown Austin.
• Fees are based on the number of musicians, time and location of venue. The minimum time is one hour, and the minimum number musicians is one. Minimum fees for ensembles in Austin for one hour are:
  • Solo $295
  • Duet $425
  • Trio $600
  • Quartet $765
• Should you require amplification of the officiant or readers, we have a high-quality sound system available. The system rental includes an onsite sound technician.
• Your ensemble must have adequate cover from direct sunlight and all inclement weather.
